Where is your company located and do you have boundaries?
We are a Mississauga based company. We cater to Mississauga and surrounding areas however, we have no boundaries. We go where the wedding bells ring.

Are you a certified Wedding Planner?
Yes, Sandy is a certified Wedding Planner with WPIC (Wedding Planner Institute of Canada) and has obtained the following certificates:

• Wedding Consultant and Coordinator

• Destination Wedding Consultant and Coordinator

• TICO Certified for your travel needs.

• Wedding Decor and Floral Class.

• Certified Sandals Specialist.

• Certified SuperClubs Specialist.

What is the difference between your Services?
• Wedding Consultant Package:
Designed for couples who wish to plan their own wedding but need advice regarding all aspects of the wedding including the wedding day.

• Wedding Day Only Package:
Designed to provide “Wedding Day Only” services. Consultation with the Bride and Groom regarding details of the wedding day will occur two weeks prior to the special day. Stirling Wedding Designs will provide a Wedding Planner to attend and orchestrate the day as envisioned. A Wedding Day checklist will be provided. (Wedding Rehearsal co-ordination is available upon request)

• Wedding Planner Package:
Provides assistance to the bride and groom with respect to the planning and organization of all aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception. Stirling Wedding Designs will coordinate all of the services required to ensure the most memorable experience. A Wedding Planner will be in attendance to ensure all details are carried out exactly as envisioned. This special day belongs to the Bride and Groom and this package provides for you the most enjoyment as “you begin” your journey.

• Destination Wedding Package:
This package will sweep you away to the destination of your dreams to enjoy a romantic get away and start the beginning of your wedding bliss.
I will assist the Bride and Groom in planning and organizing any and all aspects of the wedding ceremony, reception and travel as well as assisting in obtaining proper legal documents in the destination country.
As compensation for my services, my fee is $1000.00 (with the initial $200 payment upon signing the contract). All travel expenses for the wedding coordinator including: travel, any related taxes/port charges, food, at-destination transportation and lodging.

• Partial Wedding Planner package:
With this package you will receive 10 hours of service from Stirling Wedding Designs. This may involve visiting vendors, and giving guidance on invitation styles, colour choices and flower selection.
In addition, I would like to meet a few weeks prior to the wedding to collaborate an itineray for the wedding day and go over last minute details.
Stirling Wedding Designs will attend the rehearsal in order to ensure everyone's comfort level regarding the ceremony. This will lead to a relaxed wedding day for you both.
We will provide service for the day of the wedding (arriving two hrs before the ceremony and leaving the reception by 11 pm).
Stirling Wedding Designs will provide an assistant to work with your photographer in order to capture the day as you would like.

We are prepared for any event, both expected and unexpected, to guarantee that your day is as special as you.
$200 non-refundable initial payment required.
